## Description

The Authority awarded a contract to support the development of its Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme \(PSDS\) phase 4 application\. The contract was awarded for consultancy services under the Pagabo Professional Services Framework\. The contract included the preparation of Feasibility reports and the wider PSDS phase4 application for five sites for low carbon heating and fabric improvements to decarbonise the sites\.
