## Description

We are planning to directly award to Alec French Architect through Constellia\. This spend is essential to ensure that on the Square project we are fully compliant with CDM regulations and amendments for both projects are submitted to planning in good time with the appropriate architectural, civil and structural input to prevent project creep\.
