## Description

The project involves the refurbishment and rebranding of the communal and external areas of Garth House, Coventry\. The works comprise refurbishment of the communal facilities including the lounge, office and WC's, replacement lighting, new ceilings, extending and remodelling of the office, kitchen and toilets, installation of a new scooter store, converting existing office into 2 new flats, replacing existing fire alarm system and re-modelling of residents communal rooms\.
