AN OPERATOR FOR GRAVESEND BOROUGH MARKET

Description

Gravesham Borough council is offering a 5 year agreement, with potential to extend for a further 2 years, for a new operator of the Gravesend Borough Market. The arrangement will require the successful operator to undertake all operational management arrangements of the Borough Market including staff and trader management, promotion and marketing, delivery of events and activities, financial operational responsibilities including maintenance and repair of internal equipment and systems. All financial returns achieved from the operation would be retained by the Operator. The applicant's response should detail the return their operation will deliver to the council and wider community at every stage.
