Refurbishment of Housing at the Strand, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly

The Council of the Isles of Scilly is looking for a contractor to undertake re-roofing, external repairs and external redecoration to properties at The Strand, St Mary's, Isles of Scilly.

Included within this is the removal of 3 Chimneys to roof level, removal of the existing flat roof and associated decking, removal of rainwater goods, repairs to external concrete lintels, installation of rainwater gutters and downpipes, installation of mechanic ventilation to bathrooms, new bulkhead lighting, replacement single ply membrane roof installation and repairs to porch roofing amongst other things.
