SBC CP Baylis Court Nursery - Replacement of Existing Nursery with new 2 storey building

The Baylis Nursery, Oatlands Drive, Slough, West Berkshire SL1 3HS. The works comprise the demolition of the existing single storey modular building. Site preparation, design and erection of a new two storey nursery building including all necessary builders and associated site and external works.

The new construction will be located in the existing garden of the Nursery and the Nursery will continue to operate on the adjacent part of the site. The construction site contains a number of existing structures to be demolished. Post completion of the new Nursery, the existing Nursery will be demolished and the area landscaped to provide a new garden area.
