Additional information: Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to quote for PM/EA/QS Services for the design, pre-construction, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close out of Masters House Sheerness - Low Carbon Refurbishment of Garages/Outbuildings including the installation of Solar PV's on the main building roof and boundary fence replacement.

The contract will involve Project Management pre-contract and post-contract services, Employers Agent services and Quantity Surveying pre-contract and post-contract services in accordance with the RICS standards together with such additional services as the Client may from time to time reasonably require from initial appointment until the later of final certification of the Contractor's account, or the expiry of the defects liability period in relation to the Project.

The contract shall commence on 11th September 2023 and terminate on 10th September 2024. The council may extend the opportunity for a further 3 months. The bidder/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Quotation will be awarded the contract.

Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the RFQ is 4th August 2023 at 12:30hrs.
