## Description

A single stage D&B Contractor was sought through a restricted OJEU procurement process to undertake detail design and construction of a new 2FE primary school and all weather pitch on the Arborfield Green development in Wokingham Borough\. The Council is looking to submit a full planning application for the proposed scheme by end of March 2018\. The D&B Contractor will be required to develop the detail design from planning stage, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders and construct the completed facilities, including relevant external works including a 3G pitch by Spring 2020\. Possession of site by the appointed contractor is expected to be 19\.11\.2018\. The facility must be ready for operator fit out use by 1\.6\.2020\.
