Preliminary Market Engagement for Food and Beverage Provision, which includes: Food and Beverage Provision •Sell and deliver event-specific menus, including breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners, banquets, buffets, and other culinary related refreshments, for client pre-paid catering. •Operate fixed retail outlets, and any necessary pop-up/temporary retail outlets and all bar and beverage services (including alcohol where applicable) within the interconnected ACC Liverpool Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
