## Description

As part of the Governments Levelling Up funding Broxbourne Council is seeking an experienced contractor to undertake refurbishment works at Unit 59, the Pavilions, Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN8 7JU\. This is a two storey shop unit which requires refurbishment and reconfiguration for a dedicated Community Skills Hub\. Further details can be found in the Invitation to Tender and Specification available for download from Supply Hertfordshire, https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/supplyhertfordshire, the Council's electronic tendering portal\. The closing date for submissions is 12 noon on Wednesday 17th May 2023 and the deadline for queries is 5\.00pm on Wednesday 10th May 2023\.
