## Description

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take full refurbishment of a two storey building containing two flats following fire damage at 9 & 10 Trevose Road Truro, under a JCT minor works contract with design\. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works\. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price\.
