Description

The People Directorate (HR) is looking to enhance its reporting and data analytics provision to inform and enable strategic direction and provide invaluable business insight to the whole agency. Consultancy support is required for a review of DVSA's current People (HR) data handling and reporting capabilities, with a view to enabling capability and delivering quick improvements. As a by-product, the HR MI team will enhance their reporting and data analysis skills, improving their abilities to manage, maintain, and adapt to new and emerging data requirements. 2.1 To enhance the agency's people data capability by: 2.1.1 collating varying people data sets into a single trusted and sustainable source 2.1.2 developing a reporting platform 2.1.3 scoping detailed people data requirements with key stakeholders across the agency 2.1.4 developing data handling and analytical capability
