Blackpool Council are employing a streamlined mini competition procurement process to select a Constructor Partner from the North West Construction Hub Low Value Framework Lot 2 (Lancs) to work with them to construct and deliver the Remodelling & Refurbishment of Former Ocean Hotel at 180 - 182 North Promenade, Blackpool FY1 1RJ. Interested bidders should have already confirmed their interest with NWCH by 28th June 2017 for inclusion in this mini-competition.
