## Description

WNC is seeking a supplier to undertake the following aspects of demolition and delivery of site for Ecton Brook a former elderly care home\. We are needing the awarded supplier to : The scope of works for this project will include: 1\.Production of a demolition method statement and delivery plan and submit this to meet the planning condition\. 2\. Demolition: Complete demolition of the former Ecton Brook Elderly Persons House, including all associated structures and foundations \(unless otherwise specified\)\.  3\.Asbestos Removal: Identification, removal, and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials \(ACMs\) in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012\.  4\.Waste Management: Segregation, recycling, and disposal of all waste materials in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Waste \(England and Wales\) Regulations 2011\.  5\. Site Security: Ensure the site is left secure, with all hazards removed, and boundaries made safe for the public\.
