## Description

St Helens Council are looking to commission a provider to undertake a SEND High Needs Strategic Planning Review which supports our ambition to ensure that all children and young people with SEND have access to have access to a range of provision and support across the borough, which meets their educational needs and provides good opportunities for them to progress\. \. The provider will be expected to conduct the review, analyse data and liaise with key stakeholders and provide recommendations in the form of a written report\.
