Halls of Residence Summer Works Programme - LTM Refurbishment Consultancy

The contract has been awarded following a mini-competition under Lot 1 - Project Management and Building Surveying (Minor) of the University of Southampton Construction Related Professional Consultancy Framework. The scope of service relates to the University's Halls Long Term Maintenance (LTM) Programme which includes a variety of maintenance and enhancement works selected/prioritised based on existing condition, risk scores and student experience drivers.
