## Description

This research will provide an up-to-date, robust, evidence-based values for a VOLY, WTP-QALY and VPF, with the aim of ensuring that Government economic appraisals continue to stand up to external scrutiny and provide a robust basis for informing policy decisions that will be used by UK Government Departments and Agencies\.
