Options to include all repairs and requirements for the refurbishment, external wall insulation would be a consideration if appropriate. The works are to comprise of but not limited to and subject to survey: • Roof replacement with insulation • Concrete repairs to all of block structure • Replacement of windows and patio doors to flats • Brickwork repairs or EWI • Replacement of common part windows (option) • Replacement of handrails to balconies • Recovering of balcony surfaces • Replacement of rainwater goods • General repairs • General redecorations
