Homes England -DaRTS Framework Lot 1 - Former Commercial Land Manor Kingsway

This commission is to appoint a specialist technical team to support the preparation of an outline planning application in liaison with the internal project team and the masterplanning and design consultants. \r \r Technical support will also be required subsequent to the submission to assist Homes England in the disposal of the site. This commission does not include for the management of demolition or remediation works. \r \r Crucially, this commission will require the successful consultants to work with Homes England and our specialist masterplanning and design team, ensuring that technical reports and associated information feed into the master planning and design and vice versa as we work up the application for submission. \r \r https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-contracts-and-tenders
