The scope of the Contract is the provision of Legal Services\. There are 3 separate lots Lot 1 Governance, Human Resources and Security Charging Lot 2 - Housing Services Lot 3 Development and Assets There is no restriction on the number of lots Bidders can bid for\. The procurement will be undertaken in accordance with Section 8 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - Social and Other Specific Services \(the Light Touch Regime\)\.
