Description

Products that need to be covered by the support agreement to commence on 28th April 2019 are: • 1 x NetBrain Enterprise Edition Starter Package, including a single floating user licence and support for up to 100 managed devices • 5 x extra Enterprise Edition Floating Seat Licences • 200 x extra Enterprise Server Licences • 1 x Enterprise Edition Maintenance, Software Upgrade and Technical Support annual cover. Note: Support will be provided via phone/email. It is Network tooling and no on-site support is required. Suppliers shall provide a statement regarding the scope of their Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans to protect the Agency from the consequences of business interruptions Suppliers shall explain how they have verified the information is correct in order to meet the requirements and that all aspects have been quoted for
