Description
Career Transition Partnership (CTP) being recommissioned - Expression of Interest Opportunity Overview Reed in Partnership is planning to bid as a prime for the Career Transition Partnership, commissioned by the Ministry of Defence (MOD). Delivery is expected to commence in April 2024. The primary purpose of the Career Transition Partnership is to assist eligible regular and full-time reserve personnel leaving the Armed Forces to make a successful transition to civilian employment, including self-employment, or education, appropriate to their skills, knowledge, and experience and/or in accord with their aspirations. The Career Transition Partnership provides guidance, support, vocational training, and job finding elements delivered nationwide across all regions of the UK, including the Devolved Nations. We are seeking expressions of interest from: Training providers and Further Education Colleges, who provide vocational skills qualifications and courses. Organisations that provide transition support services, e.g. financial/budget management and debt advice, mental health support, overseas relocation/resettlement and integration activities.
