CSDPA 2016 - 2018 Sub-Contracting works

Kingstown Works Limited (KWL) was established in 2006 and undertakes Building Maintenance and Construction work within Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.

KWL is a Company controlled by Kingston upon Hull City Council as defined in Section 68 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.

We are seeking to procure the following numbers of companies for each lot to work on KWLs behalf.

• Lot 1: Wet rooms Up to 4 sub -contractors • Lot 2: Concrete Ramps Up to 4 sub -contractors • Lot 3: Door Widening Works Up to 4 sub contractors • Lot 4: CSDPA Kitchens Up to 4 sub contractors • Lot 5 : General Building Works Up to 4 sub contractors
