## Description

Kingstown Works Limited \(KWL\) was established in 2006 and undertakes Building Maintenance and Construction work within Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire\. KWL is a Company controlled by Kingston upon Hull City Council as defined in Section 68 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989\.
