Newcastle College currently deliver Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded programmes in the Tyne and Wear area covering training in various aspects of the aviation sector at our bespoke Aviation Academy located at Newcastle International Airport (NIA). The Academy provides a dedicated, responsive training service to support and train people currently, or looking to work in, the Aviation sector. The purpose of these training programmes is to ensure people are given the skills and confidence to enter the job market, further their existing careers or obtain sustainable employment, enter further education or progress to undertake additional training/Apprenticeship etc.
