The Contracting Authority is inviting vendors in the marketplace to bid, in line with the requirements set out below, detailing how it might provide a user-friendly, secure, digital eBooks platform that can incorporate the range of content currently available to its members and customers, and respond to changing demand for content in the future. Budget of £2m represents estimated budget for content over a 4 year period.
