As part of this engagement a series of Sprints were defined, and they were as follows:

Sprint 1: Discovery and Approach

Sprint 2: Variation Assessment

Sprint 3: Design and Blueprint

During these sprints KPMG undertook a review of the Service Delivery Model across each of the 4 cluster departments. KPMG used their "Connected Powered" asset application which includes a leading practice Service Delivery Model, based on insight from over 250 global clients.
