Legal Tasking Canal & River Trust Grants

Description

Commercial Legal Support on the Canal and River Trust grant agreement including: - Weekly meeting attendance with Policy Colleagues (usually on Tuesdays at 3pm). - Support on drafting the New Grant Agreement including the "Red" Clause and "Amber" Clauses. - Attendance at negotiation meetings with CRT (listed currently on: 13 February 10am, 18 Feb 11am and 26 Feb 10am and to include any other dates that may go in the diary). - Advice on negotiation strategy for termination for convenience clause aligned with Ministerial steer received. - Advice on consequential drafting for termination for convenience provisions in the new Grant Agreement. - Any other commercial legal advice as required to finalise the Canal and River Trust grant agreement.
