The principal aim of the research is to provide a reliable picture of the views of both managers and employee representatives towards Acas collective dispute services. This should thus cover the whole spectrum of Acas’ customers in this field including those for whom Acas has conducted Collective Conciliation to try to resolve a dispute between management and a group of employees, those for whom Acas has carried out a Workplace Project, and those who which Acas has carried out both interventions.
