Invitation to tender for Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council's Cleaning and Caretaking

Description

Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide cleaning, caretaking and routine Health and Safety Testing of water, fire alarms and lighting as well as minor maintenance services for its buildings and facilities. The contract requires am average of approximately 100 hours per month of caretaking and 90 hours of cleaning per month over the year, with monthly fluctuations. Additional facilities are planned to come on line during the term of this contract. This Contract may be subject to the TUPE Regulations 2006.
