FXPlus is seeking one or more suppliers for it's Guttering Maintenance and Clearance Services for it's Penryn and Woodlane Campus in Cornwall - TR10 9FE and associated satellite Campuses. Suppliers should have the right skills and abilities to deliver the Scope of Services as contained in the Invitation to tender.

Our Guttering requirements are predominantly for Maintenance related tasks but also cover other ad-hoc requirements such as Window cleaning.

Examples of Core Services include: Remove leaf litter and bird droppings, Temporary repairs (silicone seals) ,Replace corroded flashings ,Identify potential roof leaks and proceed with temporary repair,Check vents, report on operable condition Report on roof condition, including photographs, basic window cleaning services and cleaning of cladding.

Deadline for receipt of completed tender submissions: Friday 20th April 2018 - 12 Noon G.M.T -Via the In-Tend Portal
