GB-London: CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management Training

Background: CITB is committed to supporting our managers to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to deliver excellence in people management. Consequently we encourage all managers to obtain a relevant qualification.

To support this we are now planning to deliver a Level 5 Certificate in Management to a group of up to 15 colleagues.

Requirement: To deliver a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management Course (RQF Syllabus October 2017 version 3.) Details are as follows:

1) The Programme must consist of the following Units:

502: Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to achieve success. 504: Managing Performance. 514: Managing Change.

2) The Programme is to be delivered by Blended Learning. The face to face element is to be four one day Workshops (One for Induction and then one per module)

3) The Workshops will be delivered in London. Contracting Authority shall provide the venue.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
