Mental Health Assessors undertaking Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Assessments

Description

This contract falls under the Light Touch Regime. A framework of providers that can undertake Mental Health Assessments as part of the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Assessment process. This service specification is for the provision of suitably qualified Provider(s) who can offer the provision of a Mental Health Assessor and complete assessments to eligible customers to safeguard against an unlawful deprivation of liberty taking place. This document will describe the service commissioned, how it should be delivered, and how it will be monitored. This is a joint contract between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Staffordshire County Council.
