GB-Swindon: UKRI-3121 Project Management Services for the Project Building to Replace HRPD Building R69 through the Pre-Construction and Construction phases.

Cost Consultancy Services for the project Building to replace HRPD Building R69 through the preconstruction and construction phases. The project is currently at RIBA Stage 3. STFC are currently conducting a separate tender exercise to appoint a Main Contractor under a two-stage D&B contract. This Contractor is to re-work and enhance elements of the current Stage 3 design and complete the Stage 4 design with a view to complete the construction works. The appointed Cost Consultant should support the Project Manager and the Employer on cost and contract matters on the project to completion, subject to full funding approval. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conclude this Contract at completion of any RIBA stage or once Phase 1 has been completed and shall not be bound to carry the Contract through to ultimate completion in series.
