NOTE: This notice was updated on 26 March 2024 for the following reason: amended to confirm the project is suitable for VCO's\.\(Epping Forest District Council is seeking to commission a sustainable digital inclusion programme for the Epping Forest district\. The aim of the programme is to reduce digital exclusion through the three pillars of digital inclusion\. Digital Skills Connectivity Access to hardware\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
