Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor/ Consortium to deliver the Improvement and Refurbishment Works for the Multi-Storey Car Park, in Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP. Included within the contract provision will be any associated external works, landscaping and drainage in accordance with the Employers Requirements
