TD1148 - Council Satisfaction Survey

Further competition exercise under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Framework, Framework 992 Public Consultation and Market Research Services. The Council has not conducted a city-wide satisfaction survey since 2013. Since then there has been a period of considerable change with the Council facing further budget cuts and services being reconfigured in order to improve efficiency. The Leader of the Council has requested that a User Satisfaction Survey take place in Autumn 2016 that will gauge the views of our residents and enable us to identify trends in opinion.
