Estates and Campus Services at the University of Leicester are seeking to implement a 4 year framework agreement for all minor works and building fabric maintenance, for use where projects are less than £1m in value\. The total value is anticipated to be £4\.7M per year\. Main contractors who are interested in this opportunity are invited to an open day on the afternoon of the 1st March 2018\.
