Description

Early Engagement Opportunity - a procurement idea in the early stages of development, judging interest from potential suppliers. Clapham Parish Council (in West Sussex) will be seeking a contractor for a proposed upgrade to an existing path (subject to funding being available). The path is located at the Recreation Ground, The Street Clapham, BN13 3UU, an open green space used widely by the local community. The existing path measurements are approximately 1m wide x 59m length. The project will be dependent on grant funding. The project aims:  to make the site more user friendly for visitors and improve access for all  to create a durable path surface, which will be neither expensive nor labour intensive to maintain  to receive recommendations as to the type of the most suitable surface, but specifically a bound surface such as tarmac or bonded resin to replace the current loose slate  to be sustainable Please contact our Clerk - Sarah - clerk@clapham-wsx-pc.gov.uk (in the first instance by email)
