## Description

To respond to the requirements of the Care Act 2014 Tower Hamlets Council has identified a need to train up to 100 staff in Leadership Skills in order to lead and implement the changes in culture and working practices which the Act will require\. To this end the Council is looking for a provider to run a Leadership and Development Programme \(LDP\) for selected Council staff which will lead to an accredited qualification\.
