Building Information Modelling (Phase 2)-External Professional Support

External professional support to run a new-build project in a full BIM environment. Required so that YHN can understand the practical impact of BIM and, inform on whether (and to what extent) it is deployed further.

Additional information: Negotiated Contract award. YHN have worked with BIM Technologies since April 2015 to build our understanding of BIM and for them to understand YHN's role, work and culture. A lot of trust and knowledge has been built up, which underpins BIM's role as a collaborative tool very effectively.
