## Description

External professional support to run a new-build project in a full BIM environment\. Required so that YHN can understand the practical impact of BIM and, inform on whether \(and to what extent\) it is deployed further\. Additional information: Negotiated Contract award\. YHN have worked with BIM Technologies since April 2015 to build our understanding of BIM and for them to understand YHN's role, work and culture\. A lot of trust and knowledge has been built up, which underpins BIM's role as a collaborative tool very effectively\.
