## Description

Worcester City Council has a number of premises within Worcester City that require ongoing Security Services: Security Services currently provided on an ongoing basis include : i\. Patrols ii\. Opening Up and Locking Up iii\. Keyholder and Emergency Call Outs The provision of Security Services for elections and static guarding and/or patrols for empty properties will be required on an ad hoc basis\. The duration of the Contract will be for Three years from the agreed Commencement Date of the Service and the Contract Price shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract\. Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor during the Term, the Authority may wish to extend the Agreement for a further period of up to two years\. If the Council seeks to extend the Contract, the Council and the Contractor shall review and agree the fees for the Contract extension period before the extension commences\.
