Estates and Asset Management Services. The scope includes the provision of the following service elements: Strategic asset management; Estate management; Acquisition, leasing, licences etc and disposal of land and buildings; Planning advice; Valuations; Rating and council tax; Rural Estate Management; Investment Portfolio Management; Minerals Management; Design and Architectural advice; and Project Management

Additional information: The Council used the CCS Framework RM3816 Estates Professional Services Lot 1 to run a mini-competition. There is an option to extend this contract for a further 12 months.
