## Description

Test Valley Borough Council are seeking a contractor to resurface the athletics track at Charlton Leisure Centre, Andover in accordance with the Bill of quantities included within the Tender Pack\. At the end of the works, the contractor will have delivered a scheme to bring the site up to UK Athletics level 1 certification with track mark Unit 1 \(track\) and 2 \(field\)\.
