The SYMCA is look to have research carried out to track satisfaction and travel behaviours primarily on bus, tram, and train in South Yorkshire\. This survey is a long-standing annual piece of research which has been carried out since 2005\. Due to Covid-19 this research has not been carried out since 2019\.
