Production of a framework for evaluation of the economic, health and social impacts of improvements in coastal access delivered by the English Coast Path Programme

Phase 1: In 2016, the Project that is the subject of this Invitation to Tender will design an evaluation framework method and develop materials to evaluate the economic, social and health impacts of improvements in coastal access delivered by the England Coast Path Programme (ECPP). Phase 1 does not include production of the baseline. The method and materials produced by Phase 1 would be used to collect data for the baseline in Phase 2.
