## Description

New Forest District Council \(NFDC\) is undertaking a 4-year programme of modernisation works to Local Authority owned housing stock\. Works will be for the removal and replacement of the existing pitched roof coverings and the replacement of the rainwater pipes & guttering with PVCu, plus associated works to the Councils owned buildings and housing stock\. The residential housing stock is situated throughout the New Forest District, mostly in the main conurbation areas with some smaller clusters in more rural areas\. Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12\.00 NOON, 24th FEBRUARY 2023 to be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal \(SEBP\)
