SEND Extension, internal and external works, 57371, the works briefly comprise of:  New timber frame extension to provide SEND classroom\.  Removal and infill of windows in reception area  Removal and infill of 2 no\. windows from pupils WC  Removal of 1 no\. window in corridor and fire door installed to the aperture\.  Removal and renewal of textured coated ceilings to WC\.  Removal and installation new flat roof covering to WCs and installation of 3no skylights\.  Renewal of existing flat roof covering to boiler house  Making good existing classroom wall from historical damp issue\.  Provision of a new stable door to existing classroom\.
