FX Plus is seeking to appoint suppliers to provide

a) Fire Door survey and remediation services

(b)Fire Stopping survey and remediation services

in various buildings in Falmouth & Exeter Universities in Cornwall.

The Contractor is to note that Fire Stopping works to Glasney View must be completed by 12th September 2021.

1. The packages (a) and (b) may be let either separately or as a single contract.

2. In both cases, the initial contract is for 4 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months twice at the agreement of both parties.
